no communication - ignoring customer complaints

i purchased a 4 seater dining room suite in May 2017 from INFINITY WOOD CREATIONS - it was made completely out of wood, in the time that we have had the furniture, the wood is pulling apart, almost all the arm chairs have lifted and it looks ugly, not a very good paint job either. so when i complained to Janalke on the 12 august 2017, she requested photos, which i then send to her on whatsapp, she then rep**** the following ' i have no idea how that happened, ive never seen any of our products damaged, not to mention to that extent' WOW, she is basically accusing us of mistreating the dining room suite and all we do is sit there at night and eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

now its the 22 august, she is ignoring all whatsapp messages i send her. if you want to be successful, make sure your clientele is happy, which means being a professional, answering questions and queries and actually helping your clients, we paid alot for that furniture and now what, the "company" doesnt even want to help us fix the furniture, i didnt make it, but now i must take responsibilty and give out more money to try get it fixed as this " INFINITY WOOD CREATIONS" does not care or have enough professional respect to answer a query.
