DO NOT USE INFINITY WINDOWS AND DOORS where SHAUN TAYLOR is the owner. We paid him to make 3 new windows for us, make adjustments to an existing window, to make 4 sets of new stacking doors, a new aluminum front door and 2 sets of plantation shutters – not a cheap expense. Of the 3 new windows, one had to be remade 4 times as it was always the wrong size. The window that he had to make adjustments to, he cut the wrong size of our existing window so had to use another window of ours to make it again! The 4 stacking doors were shocking! Absolutely shocking! They don’t close properly. There are gaps in between the panels. There are holes everywhere where they have had to take out the hinges and move them. We have a mix of white and black handles. Shocking. When it came to installing the front door, he assured us that he would be arriving on a specific day so we had the front door removed in preparation of the arrival of our new front door. Needless to say, the door did not arrive as promised and we had to spend the night with no front door on our house! The 2 sets of plantation shutters just never arrived! Shaun sent the frames but no shutters and these were never installed! So be warned – do not use Infinity Windows and Doors. He still owes us tens of thousands of Rands and now will not answer any of our messages or calls.
