It has almost been a year now and I STILL have not received all my products from IXI. My contract states NO LONGER than 20 weeks after the event date to receive all your items.

My husband got 3x canvases made within a week, so I'm so shocked that it is 2 weeks shy of a year & I don't have my USB, keepssake box or canvas.

I guess this is why they call themselves infinity times infinity.

It's not just that the service takes long, the owner is unprofessional and unpleasant to work with.
