Machines delivered for repairs was not worked on

I delivered personally a tumble dryer and washing machine to Jacques Stolz at Infinity repairs at 2 Wilhelmina rd, Casseldale to have them repaired. I opened machines for Juan Klopper, Mr Stolz assistant, to show him exactly what is wrong namely the tumble dryer needed a new belt and the washing machine needed new part to regulate the incoming water and they had to reattach machine pump hanging out underneath. after i had to drop machines of and also collect myself as their transport was out of order we noticed that the machines came back exactly the same way they were dropped off. We had to pay for the repairs that were clearly not done. Mr Jacques Stolz has been promising since 7 June 2015 to pay back the monies i paid but keeps giving me excuses. I have provided him with proof and photos and i am still waiting for the refund.
