Unprofessional/Late/Damaged/****** goods

Zenda quoted me a 32T truck (inter-link with a photo) and 120 boxes incl packaging and 3 dogs to be transported, for moving from Port Alfred to Durbanville on Satur, 11 July 15 @13h00. They arrived with a 18T, 60 old , dirty boxes and 4hrs late. Sunday continued packing, running out of boxes. Had to wait for 4hrs for some1 to bring thru 50 more boxes(10 short). By 01h30 Mon morn I had to leave the site as I was scheduled to fly to Cape Town early morn, since the truck was to arrive at 12h30. Truck never arrived. My ex-farm manager phoned me to inform me that the crew drank all the alcohol and could not fit all my furniture and left it on the farm. Zenda booked me in at a guesthouse for the night as I had no place to stay, promising me that the truck should arrive at 08h00 Tuesday morning. Truck arrived at almost 12h00. Zenda met me at new address, informing me that this was unacceptable and that she would sort it out and arrange for 2nd coll with del Thurs. Never happened. She then promised del the following Tues, early. Mon eve her contractor phnd to advise I need to take del NOW. Truck arrived at 20h15 and left 23h25.
