Very unprofessional and worst agents

I would like to also voice my feedback on this agency- Infinity realty. The Agents we have dealt with don't follow any proper communications and are very unprofessional and can threaten the tenant when followed up for refund. Very bad with the incoming and outgoing procedures during the move and absolutely horrible with the service maintenance. Please be very cautious of these ******.
