Worst Service Provider

i had the worse service with Infinity group, they only collect levy and provide No Service. In 2020 September 10 my apartment was registered at the deeds office and i move in on the 25 September 2020, they Terren Ross is harassing me saying, i am owing levy. on the 06 October 2020, there was a meeting in Nirvana Complex, the message was as follows, I quote '' Dear Owner please find the attached to this email the meeting minutes, budget and Insurance policy. we will be sending backdated invoices/ statement today. please note that that the period of invoicing is based on your occupation date and not the transfer date'' due to Covid 19 Regulation KIZ could deliver in time, so now why Tarren Ross is harassing with debtors collectors. Yolanda Blom from Tpn Debtors collector has emailed Tarren Ross on the 03 May 2023 @ 14H11 up until today Tarren Ross didn't respond. worse part of it they are refusing to provide service. she forgets that the reason the company is operating is because of the home owners, thats why shes able to put food on the table.
