Watch out for Ursula Sim and Shaun Lamont

I wish I did my research before engaging with Usula Sim (agent) and Shaun Lamont (landlord). Ursula is the rudest person I have ever engaged with. At the exit inspection, we agreed she would deduct ONLY the expenses for cleaning the apartment. True to form, she unilaterally deducted maintenance costs which are for the landlord's account, the total deduction (incl. cleaning) came to R7000. This is theft.
