No Business Ethics

They will take your deposit, give you sub standard workmanship and then when you complain about it, they become non-responsive. Their staff have broken our granite, which we have had valued at over R30k! That is R30k of our hard earned cash as well as our deposit that we have now lost with this job. We have had an expert carpenter come in and they actually asked us if we had attempted to install the kitchen ourselves. Imagine hearing that after you have paid someone who claims to be a bespoke business specializing in kitchens. We have been dealing with a Louwrens, whom I believe owns the business. Louwrens has ignored our correspondence, messages and phone calls. Due to them being unresponsive we have had to hand the matter over to our Attorneys. I am also in the process of setting up a meeting with an editor of a news publication as I need to share our experience so that other people do not have to go through what we have. I will share our story until we are heard.
