Unreliable service

<p>Searched on the internet to find this company stating they are swimming pool specialists. First called I received , I was told by a lady ( name unsure) who couldn't give me all the info required. She advised that she'll speak to her boss to give me more input. No call back a few days later so I called again. Spoke to another person who said that they will book an appointment for someone to come over and quote on the 27th. No one had come , so I contacted them at nearly 5pm ( after several attempts). Finally got through and was told that I'm still booked and will be called back to advise a time. Was called back only to be told that they running late and could they come the following day. I agreed but asked that they come before the afternoon. So I spent 2 days waiting for them and up to now, a week later, still haven't heard from them. </p>
