Great Service

When they changed my filter sand an old plastic part broke and caused a leak. I emailed them to tell them about the problem and check if they would make good on their website's "Installation and Workmanship Guarantee". They mailed back first thing in the morning and sent out a team at my earliest convenience and replaced the part. What a pleasure to work with a company like this!:)
