Caused more problems than they solved

My pool pump was not working, and on a friend's recommendation, I called this company. They charged a call out - no problem. They advised me that there was a leak on the suction line between the pool and the pump. There was also one section of the kreepy pipe broken. They removed that piece of pipe. Did not replace it - so now the kreepy doesn't reach the whole pool. When I sent a message to them, the response was that they don't keep stock of pipes as they don't work with pool cleaners. Maybe my expectation that once a company has worked on the pool, that it would be completely fixed was unreasonable. Moving on. I needed to backwash the pool. I switch the pump off at the db board in the filter box. I get a shock. I think oh well. In a hurry, so do a quick backwash. Shock, shock. Following week - time to backwash - I get a shock when I turn off pump. Notice there is water running down a pipe that was not leaking previously. Hmm. What is going on. Also need to clean the pump basket. I turn the knob to release the lid. Turn turn turn - knob comes off but the cap stays in place. Cannot get lid off. Great. I email Infinity with my issues, and get told that they will charge a call out to come and see what is going on!!! For issues that did not exist before they touched my pool. As I write this, having already posted on Facebook, the owner has noted that he will send someone to have a look. Let's see how they can find alternative causes for issues that did not exist before they worked on my pool. I am still going to post this as the issues arose, and were dealt with very badly by Hannelie.
