No service - expected ****!

Paid for LifePo4 batteries online. Still no delivery on goods after being told a week ago that its been dispatched. After numerous attempts to then track the good, told its not dispatched. Now any communication from the company has dried up since we asked for a refund. No responses on WhatsApp, email or calls. Has anyone received their goods from this company?
