I ordered a Lithium battery from them on 23 May 2025. I was promised on e mail that the battery would be sent via The Courier Guy and that TCG would collect the battery on the said day and guaranteed delivery was on 28 May. They were going to send me details of the delivery once TCG collected the battery. Needless to say, I had no feedback on 23 May. Come Monday 26 May, I e mailed them to enquire about the courier delivery details. Got reply e mail informing me that the battery was only going to be sent on 28 May and delivery was scheduled for 30 May. I rep**** via e mail that it was not the agreement, battery should have been delivered by 28 May. I requested a refund as they were not sticking to agreement. I also requested a contact number which was not supp****. Received an e mail on 27 May stating that the battery will be collected on the 27th and will be couriered overnight. I rep**** requesting the courier details. Got a reply after hours on 27th, “Unfortunately we have already left the offices. Will send it first thing tomorrow morning.” Rep**** that I need confirmation by 09:00 on 28 May that battery has been despatched. Come 09:00 on 28 May, no response. Again rep**** that I am being played and demanded a refund. Dont even know whether this company exists. Have seen, unfortunately after my purchase, that many other people have complained about this company on Hello Peter. You pay upfront, nothing gets delivered. No contact number, only a Whattsapp number that does not get answered when phoned and an email that gets rep**** with no names attached. I have laid a charge with SAPS and with my banks Cyber crime unit. Stay away from this company!
