Do not do business with them

I have ordered my wind turbine early June 2024, paid and yet still no delivery. Within a week I have received a notice that the turbine is ready for delivery. I have send many mails and made calls with no answer or no reply, except automated mails that say somebody will contact me the next morning. Then when I requested a refund - all of a sudden it is with customs and I need to pay the customs duty for it to be released, but into the ****mers account number. (On the web it appears the all cost are included) This “custom amount” was paid a month ago and still no communication or turbine received. There is absolutely no service or communications from them. I am convinced, after seeing Heinrich’s response after visiting the address, that these are ****mers. Don’t do business with them. Has anyone ever received anything from them?

i have today received the wrong product after a 6 month wait and many threats to them. They have sent me a small wind turbine 800mm unit vs the 1.4m unit advertised. Totally different controller and with no dummy load. Proof to me they are a ******** bunch. At least they have now given their address on the unit which is; Westville Office Park, 18th The Boulevard, Westville, Durban. (I hope it will help someone) . I have reported them to the police as **** artists and will now follow up with a Cipro search and take the directors on personally. If someone have it i will appreciate it. They must be stopped. Future steps is to report them to SARS and Customs.

It is clear that they operate from northern cape not Durban. My parcel was collected from Santoy Northen Cape. Christopher Gold was the sender ***
