Bad service

Hi I purchased 8 solar Panels from Infinity on the 05/03/2025. Today is the 31/03/2025 and i don't have an update status on my delivery. I messaged on many occasions and don't get a response. They don't have a phone number for contact just a what's up that don't work. I don't have any means of making contact and have to wonder if this company really exists. Are they just receiving payment and not delivering?
