Wait infinity years for your paid for product, fourth world service

After waiting for over four months for some stickers I paid for and ordered, I havent had so much as a call from this company after a month I went in and was told "the lady isnt in today she will call you" what a lie, this is shocking and unacceptable , if this is how business is done they should be closed down
