Don't use Finside as a medical aid broker!!

Steer away form this broker as your medical aid broker. They are quick to sign you up, but as soon as you need assistance, they disappear... don't even answer emails. I sent emails requesting assistance with a claim that is not being paid by Sizwe - from 2024 and received no reply for 2 years. I then sent an email requesting assistance to get another medical aid and they phoned me in 2 min!!! I told the broker of my problem and whoops... there they disappear again. So, no, get yourself another broker. They get paid for a service every month, but you never get that service!!!
