Review of Infinity Credit Recovery I previously posted a negative review about Infinity Credit Recovery after experiencing serious concerns regarding the way my payments were being handled. Money was being deducted from my account, but the payments were not being made to my creditors as expected. After posting my review on HelloPeter, I received a call from their director, Mrs Smit, who promised that the matter would be resolved and that the payments would be brought up to date. Based on that assurance, I deleted my original review. Unfortunately, I am now back in the same position. My main concern is the lack of transparency. Infinity Credit Recovery has not been able to provide me with a clear monthly breakdown showing how much was deducted from my account, how much was paid to each creditor, and when those payments were made. Instead, I constantly find myself having to follow up to establish whether my creditors have actually received their payments. Recently, Fochong/Cash Balance started contacting me regarding an outstanding payment. I contacted Infinity Credit Recovery and was told that the payment would be made by the 15th. I therefore asked Fochong/Cash Balance to wait until the 15th for the payment to be processed. When I followed up with Infinity Credit Recovery on the 17th of August 2026, I was advised that the payment had been made on the 17th. However, Fochong/Cash Balance subsequently confirmed that they had not received any payment from Infinity Credit Recovery and now i need to confirm with every creditors they claim they have paid if they got paid. I then requested proof of payment (POP) from Infinity Credit Recovery so that I could provide it to Fochong/Cash Balance. Instead of receiving a clear response and the requested proof of payment, the matter was not properly resolved and was promised that a pop will be sent on 21st of August 2026 This is extremely frustrating because Fochong/Cash Balance is the one contacting me and requesting payment, while money is being deducted from my account by Infinity Credit Recovery. I should not be put in a position where my creditors are chasing me for payments that I have already paid into a debt-management arrangement. After signing up with Infinity Credit Recovery, I expected them to manage the payments responsibly and keep both me and my creditors properly updated. Instead, I am having to deal with creditors contacting me and then spend my own time following up with Infinity Credit Recovery to find out where my money has gone. Another major concern is that I have not received a proper breakdown of my monthly deductions and payments to each creditor. A PDF statement on company letterhead does not, by itself, provide sufficient proof that the amounts were actually paid to the creditors. I expect a clear breakdown showing the amount deducted from my account, the amount allocated to each creditor, the payment date, and proof of payment where required. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I gave Infinity Credit Recovery another opportunity after speaking to their director and being assured that the matter would be resolved, but unfortunately, I find myself in the same situation again. Based on my experience, Infinity Credit Recovery is a company I would not recommend to anyone. Customers should not have to constantly chase a debt-management company to ensure that their money is actually reaching their creditors. I expected accountability, transparency and proper communication, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
