Infinity Chandlery fail

The order was processed in June and only arrived on the 9th of October, months after the stipulated delivery time on the website. The company fails to reply to communication via email, Whatsapp, phone calls, instagram messages, or facebook messages. After myself and family members trying to contact the seller for over 2 weeks in August I finally received a response about the update on the order. My family member has still not received a reply. The order was finally "dispatched" on the 15th of September and the tracking number received in October after more messages about the order to the company. The order that arrived was not only the incorrect color but also the incorrect order. I ordered 50 candles (30 cone pillar candles and 20 large ice cream swirl candles) and only received 20 in total; of those 20 only 10 (large ice cream swirl) were actually the type of candle I ordered, and the other 10 were completely incorrect (a very small round candle that was not ordered). Waste of time, money and effort. I love to support small, local businesses and was going to order more candles even though the order was delayed. I will now be supporting other businesses and will not recommend this company to anyone. These candles were supposed to be for my wedding.
