Infinity cars Krugersdorp ****

On 03/05/2018 I H.G Smith traded my 2006 Mahindra Scorpio 2.6 turbo diesel for a 2004 Jeep grand Cherokee 2.7 turbo diesel at infinity cars in Krugersdorp they advertised the jeep as immaculate very strong and no complains on the car with a full service history and that the last service that was done the did the turbo,engine and gearbox aswell we took the car drove it back to secunda about 300 kilos and then about an ekstra 40 kilos when the car stalled I phoned Armand the sales manager at infinity cars told him about the car he told me that it's my problem not his I then took the car to adv electrical and diesel in Trichardt they informed me that the diesel pump packed up so phoned Armand again ant told him I am going to come and fetch my car and give the jeep back as this was on 11/05/2018 which he then told me if u want your car back u can buy it back for R50 000 so we fixed the pump R5500 later got the pump installed back in the vehicle 20 kilos further the vehicle(jeep) stalled again phoned adv they did a diagnostic test and told me that the injectors are bad removed the injectors they tested them and the report said that Al 5 injectors needs to be reconned R14000 phoned Armand again and his response was that it's not his problem then Francois owner of infinity cars Krugersdorp phoned me and said that I must get the car by them and they will sort it out phoned him the next day to arrange everything he then told me that they are not going to pay for the damages and that I have to pay it myself since then they don't take my calls or respond to any messages According to the CPA act they are responsible for the repair of the jeep and that we have a six month gaurantee whether it's cash or on finance
