Pathetic Service from Infinity Auto
We purchased a BMW 520D M Spec Model 2013 on the 26/03/2020. Due to lock down we could not enjoy the luxury of driving the vehicle. i found +- 10 faults that needed to be repaired/sorted out by the dealer ship. I emailed the list of faults to be repaired and was asked to bring the vehicle in on the 28/06/2020 to Infinity Auto to proceed with the repairs. I did not receive any feedback from the sales guy who sold the vehicle to us in a week to give me feedback on the repairs. I had to watts app him numerous times for feedback which was fruitless. On the 22/06/2020 (Monday). I followed up with the sales guy again and was told that the vehicle was ready for collection and that all the faults had been sorted out. I requested via a watts app message that the sales guy make 200% sure that all is fixed as agreed by Infinity Auto. I did not want to be going back and fourth with this challenge. At my own cost, I went through during my working hours to pick up the vehicle only to find that all faults were not fixed, naturally this frustrated me and i engaged with the manager Joe Desai who assured me that he would send the vehicle immediately to the Panel beater to have those faults sorted out. I advised him that I required the vehicle by Thursday as this was going to far. I again had to make many followups via Watts app with no fruitful feedback, Joe advised that they were short staffed and would try and assist asap. This is unacceptable to me as i have been more than patient and understanding which obviously was to my detriment.
Today is the 1/07/2020 and still have no joy in having my vehicle sorted out with empty promises from Joe Desai. We have been paying for a vehicle that we cannot enjoy driving...This is pathetic service in my opinion/experience. Regards Mr Dayaram
