The worst service ever

<p>I was renting at Newmark estates for almost 3 years never ever have they done any maintenance or botherd to answer any emails. Then at the beginning I payed a deposit for the apartment and also a deposit for the electrisity at first I couldnt move in because the other tenant was still living there, I didnt have a home anymore so I had to stay with a friend and my furniture on the bakkie and trailor, eventually I moved in to a dirty apartment and I had to clean and fix everything myself , I lived there for six months, They moved me out of the apatment and said the owner doesnt want to rent it out anymore. Again for the second time I had to move to a disgusting apartment that was so awefull and had to clean it myself again I had to rent a carpet cleaner and so forth. Eventually after all the moaning and no answers and the electricity boxes being open with kids playing around them with water and my husband hurting his leg with the open steel fixtures and a few stitxhes later and the loss of a few things being ****** because the dont close the security gates and the security is always sleeping the security of infinitum we gave our two months notice and we moved out in january. The kept on deducting the rent from my account and each time they said I should do the stop order and never did a credit on their side. Also I didnt get my deposit for apartment beacause aparently its a service fee of R 4700 wich you dont get any service for and also the electricity deposit that I still didnt get. Im really so fed up. Now they say I owe them but they never stopped the order I had to and no credit has been done now I look like im the bad guy. Lots of storys from a group of *********** people</p>
