The worst in property!!!!

Moved into a beautiful house in a security estate in September 2014 with lots of promises. A bit of work was needed but of course Infinitum would sort that as soon as possible and no expense would be spared. It's now April 2015 and most of that is still not done. The few things that was done was only because we kicked up a fuss and contacted the owners after sitting with pots in our living room due to a leaky (in many places) roof and our electricity being cut off....keep in mind we've got a year old little girl....The owners got involved and again lots of promises were made. Hugo Larm promised to look after this property personally. He of course blamed the owners and the rest of his staff for all the problems and not the lack of his management skills as he should do. Now again 2 months later we are without electricity...we have paid every month, makes you wonder what they have done with the money if the don't pay the bills. AND NOWT HEY REFUSE TO PAY TO GET IT SWITCHED BACK ON AGAIN AFTER WE'VE ALREADY PAID EACH MONTH!!! The polyfilla marks all over all the walls and hole in the bedroom balcony door doesn't seem so bad in the dark. DON'T GO NEAR THIS COMPANY! They are bad news!
