Extraordinary Service and company

I had the pleasure in dealing with Kyle Thorpe of Infinitive Marketing Solutions, literally by accident. It was an unfortunate accident involving me, my mountain bike and a marketing banner. They were involved immediately and took ownership of the situation and were not only involved in resolving problems but also took it upon themselves to pay for all the required repairs to get me back on the bike. Everyone close to me said “do not trust them”, as we all have had our fair share of misfortune when it comes to certain companies and we tend to judge everyone else according to our previous experiences. We are mostly treated as a number, and not as a person. This was not the case with Kyle. He contacted me as soon as he could, listened to my story and was sympathetic with everything that happened, even though he, personally, could not have prevented anything. They repaired and/or replaced all damaged items and even sent me a hamper. I had to trust, that he and Infinitive Marketing Solutions would stay true to their word, and they did just that, from start to finish! They just kept on exceeding my expectations in a time where we might feel that if it’s not done through an attorney nothing will come of it. This is truly remarkable as it is very rare to find these days in individuals and companies alike. I am incredible impressed with Kyle, Infinitive Marketing Solutions and also Notiva!
