Unsasitisfactory outcome opf claim

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on 6 Dec when my vehicle was damaged by another vehicle insured by Infiniti. Both vehicles severely damaged and neither can be driven. As I do not have insurance, this is a third party claim. I submitted the quote and all documentation requested to Walter at AAA Claims company on 21 Dec. Despite leaving numerous messages for Walter to call me and getting no reply, I managed to contact him today. He has informed me that I could possible get my vehicle back by the end of March 2016. This is totally unacceptable as I was not responsible for the accident (fault of person insured by Infiniti) and I need my vehicle for work so this severely effects my income.
