Rejected claim

The insurance company rejected my claim after my house was broken into. Their reason was that my alarm was not in working condition. I responded to them with proof and evidence that I was not aware that there was no signal from my house to the security company and they stould firm on their decision. I've been a paying client for almost 10 years now and this is the service I recieved from them.
