I had a accident in 2017 while I was insured with Infiniti Online,two trucks hit me at the back and infiniti fixed my car but ,I paid excess which I was promised that they will refund it back when they claim their insurance money(which they used to fix my car) from the truck company, I had since never received that money and its been 2 years now.

Robert from our offices advised you on 19th February this year that we were proceeding against the trucking company as they were refusing to reimburse us. If we are successful in recovering the money paid for the repair of your vehicle then you will be reimbursed. We are going the extra mile to recover your excess for you and will keep you advised.
