Infinity insurance/Motorite

 Dear Albert,  We are sorry you have had to go through the pain of having your car break down in the rain.  Your Motorite policy with us is an Extended Warranty product, which covers your vehicle for latent defects in the vehicle you have purchased, after the vehicle manufacturer’s warranty has expired.  It does not cover unforeseen events that cause the vehicle to malfunction (such as water damage from driving in the rain).  Such events are specifically excluded from the policy. These types of loses should be covered under your comprehensive motor policy – Infiniti’s motor policies certainly do cover vehicle damage due to rain.  Please contact the Insurer that has insured your motor vehicle for comprehensive cover.  Kind regards,  Sharon Paterson (CEO)
