Infiniti Insurance avoiding claims payments

I was made to take out this warranty insurance whem purchasing my car which cost me an additional R24K. I drove my car for 7 months and the steering lock jammed. I had my car fixed at Volkswagen and wjen i sent my claim through, there was every excuse and clauses and verse from there cintract saying that this is not convered. It is an absolute waste of money to have this policy and the people that you have to deal with are ill manored and unhelpful. Cant wait to get out of this policy and will never use INFINITI INSURANCE GROUPS MOTORITE again.
