Abusive and unreliable
Horrible, very abusive and lack decency. They harass clients who actually pay their levy and don't respond to any queries. They breach csos rules. I have been informing them in writing of my pay date regarding levies. They don't make the necessary adjustments and they'll just charge your with debt collection fees for an up to date account. They need to be fined the ombudsman

Whilst we understand your frustration, levies are due and payable in advance and your account at the time was being paid in arrears. The Trustees instructed us to collect on your arrears of which we are obliged to do. Collection on arrear levies does attract collection charges.
