Bogus company

As a subcontractor, I completed a job for them in April this year and submitted my invoice. No payment up to date and initially just promisses. The contact person also changed her cell phone number. The business address belongs to elderly people, who denies that any company has operated from their premises. The director is a woman that lives in an informal settlement. No cell phone. No calls, SMS's or emails receives attention
