Please don't use this service. If you have an issue with his work done, he decides you are unreasonable and blocks you. This after he gave his word he would come fix his shoddy work. The blocks were layed with the uneven side down. The glue did not stick to the blocks due to almost no glue reaching the blocks as it is extremely uneven with cement after he cleaned the blocks. Where the block did reach the glue, the blocks with the glue are coming loose. Photos available of his work. Also please don't trust anything he says, he gave his word he would come fix the mess today. Didn't show nor contacted us in this regard. When we contacted him to enquire if he is coming to fix it as he gave his word last week, he decided our request for a refund or doing the job over correctly was unreasonable and blo us.
