Paid for my order, still no delivery

Greetings <br> I first put my order with Infinite Designs in November 2015. I paid for it in January after pictures of finished products were sent. Storm told me she has send my delivery but when I asked her for tracking code she did not respond. After about five days she apologized and said her dad passed away hence the delay. She then promised that the order has been sent through however she still refused to give me the tracking number.<br> To date I am still waiting for my delivery. I have asked her for refund and has sent messages but no response from her though I can see she has read them. At this stage I rather have my money back than products from a *******.
