You will never be able to cancel!!

THE worst place ever!! They do not have any sort of customer service at all. My husband is with them and we have been receiving monthly letters saying that they have not been paid, however IDS did not miss one debit order on our side.

I paid extra an extra R1 205-38 to cancel my debt review after paying all my outstanding debt BUT THEY DID NOT CANCEL THE DEBT REVIEW!

They also took out a policy at Infussion on my name now I get emails saying my policy was not paid!

I have hundreds of emails to and from them where I asked for help, but apparently they are too upscale to help me!

After I have written my first Hallo Peter review on the I received threating messages from the agent that signed us up. She states that she will sue me! When we asked her if we need to see a Attorney she had the audacity to tell people I threatened her!!

Please do not choose them, they make promises but cannot help you once you are one of their clients!!
