worst scenario experience

I am going through the worst scenario i have never experience in my entire life. I never go through arrears before with my creditors but since I joined them as they promised to make my monthly instalments much easier so I can be able to save up which could be longer term but was up with it. not realizing that was the worst situation I put myself with IDS no payment done as agreed I have been even handed over by the creditors Capitec & African bank...and no assistance through them there are not willingly able to assist. Now will have to run with attorneys which will cost me more money while being handed over.
