Worst Place EVER!!!!

Worst decision!!! I was called on numerous occasions and decided to answer my in the beginning of September 2022, I Spoke to a Colleen and rejected what she had to offer, She said I should give her a chance to explain, I listened and she sold me some to good to be true story of me saving lots of money, I then agreed and immediately uploaded my documents to save money,

After that I spoke to her manger Candice for some clarity as to how things work and I was convinced not to worry of my old debit orders, I Called them so many times with such unprofessional receptionist I had to ask is this a company if you answer the phone and just say hello? No one ever gets back to you, you have to run after them

I asked Koeli why I was sold false Information over the phone the first time and she said she will escalate the matter and get back to me which never happened

I then spoke to a Elhaam and requested him to cancel everything with them immediately! Because I was told lies and on top of that all my debit orders went off, Elhaam told me I will get a full refund and the matter has been escalated. That was the 4th of October 2022

I sent him emails with no response I call them daily it’s they don’t answer the phones, last week Thursday the receptionist answered again saying some one will call me back, till today. I don’t see how are they helping people by avoiding people.

I regret taking Colleen’s call

I called 10 times now,with no answer again!
