Worst experience and service ever received!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very easy to join the company as they are very convincing and friendly when trying to get you on their books, first deduction went through and then all downhill from there. They dont follow through on their promise by cancelling your debit orders with the relevant companies. I am not kept updated with anything that's happening which is very frustrating. No deduction was made for the debt review amount November by your company so now I’m confused with what to do. Has the debt review been cancelled because no proof was received. What’s going on at your company. We were told that this is the best option for us and we thought so too but it has just been more stressful being under debt review than handling our own debt. We are not receiving the support and assistance that we were promised when the offer was made. We want to cancel the debt review with your company and seek assistance elsewhere. Please get back to us. I have sent numerous emails to Shanice and Nomakula. I also requested for a team leader, supervisor or manager to call me or my husband which the receptionist said she will arrange but I am still waiting. This is the worst service I have ever received, and I have had bad service before. I would not recommend anyone to join this company, ever! Can someone please contact me in response to this complaint.
