Worst Debt Counseling company IDS

Do not use this company to assist you with debt counselling. They never get back to you. When they do it's always excuses and apologizing for inconvenience but never fix it. Also, since trying to settle my debt to get out of debt counseling I have found that I owe more than what I originally did almost year ago. They cannot produce proof or evidence of payments made to the credit providers to prove what was paid nore can they provide evidence of the agreements they made with the credit providers. The excuse is there is a backlog with the courts. It's the biggest bull**** story under the sun. Recommend you find another company if you need assistance with your debt.
