Very Bad Service 🤬🤬🤬

"I've been a client of Infinite Debt Solution for about three to four years. Initially, they promised to consolidate my debts into one manageable payment with a reduced monthly amount. However, I later discovered that they had placed me under debt review without my full understanding. When I tried to contact them to clarify the situation, I found it difficult to reach them, and they stopped deducting payments from my account after a few months.

"I decided to take matters into my own hands and arranged to pay off my debts directly to the creditors. I informed them that I would no longer be working with Infinite. Now, I'm trying to have myself removed from debt review, but Infiniti is unresponsive. Despite sending emails and making phone calls, I can only reach their representatives, not their manager, who I need to speak with to resolve the issue.

"My goal is to get Infiniti to transfer my account to another debt counselor so that I can clear my name and resolve my debt issues. I'm frustrated with the lack of communication and cooperation from Infinite, and I hope to find a solution soon."
