Good morning,

My name is Aliyah Isaacs, ID no. ***, the consultants at your debt review department are extremely rude and unprofessional. They have no customer service etiquette. I spoke to the 3 consultants of which none were willing to assist me. Lyle said he was going to call me back an hour ago and still I haven't received a call back. There was a woman I spoke to as well who was extremely unhelpful and kept me on hold even after I told her that I didn't have enough airtime to be on the phone for that long. She didn't even assist me after putting me on hold.

Please cancel my policy. I am capable of paying my accounts in my own time and capacity.
