Tele-Sales Person Not Being Truthful

I received a call from a telesales person from your company and she told me I am being over charged. So I asked firstly in what i was being over-charged and also how they get this information. The tele-sales lady disconnected the call. Please don't waste my time. And also how does IDS have my information? Only con-artists do this type of misrepresentation.
