Stay away from IDS

Avoid these people at all costs!! I went into debt review with IDS, the sign up process was very efficient however and soon after I was assured that everything with my creditors was arranged. 3 months down the line my car financier contacts me telling me that my account is in arrears. Couple days later they reposessed my car. IDS was none the wiser, turned out they never paid a thing to the financing bank. To get my car back it cost me an extra 10k out of my pocket to settle with the bank. IDS refused to reimburse me for that expense that they caused. Im now in limbo with my other creditors because they weren't paid either. On top of that I need to get a court order stating that Im no longer indebted and that will cost another 5k at least. So that's where you will end up if you rely on these people. They did return to me all the money took from me but that meant paying all my creditors in arrears for 3 months at the orginal monthly instalment agreements plus the extra 10K that cost me to release my car. Its sad that you rely on people like this and they just mess everything up.
