Shockingly poor and terrible service.

I am going through the worst scenario I have never experience in my entire life. I never go through arrears before with my creditors, but since I joined IDS, that is not the case. I joined IDS as they promised to make my monthly instalments much easier. Not realizing that was the worst situation I put myself in with IDS, no payments are being done as agreed on, and now I have been threaten by the creditors. Their service is shockingly poor and terrible. No assistance through their email, phoneline or WhatsApp. They are not willingly assisting or replying on any feedback requested. I just feel like a number and not a important client.
