Shocking Service from Alta Bekker

Good day

My debt review process began on 17 February 2022 with Alta Bekker from Infinite Debt Solutions. With her assistance, I was able to consolidate my debts into one monthly payment.

A deduction of R2031 has been deducted from my account by Infinite Debt Solutions since March.

I have been requesting statements from Alta Bekker and Elhaam without success. I am now unable to reach Alta by phone or through messages. It feels like I'm being shuffled from pillar to post. Alta Bekker constantly followed up when we first started, but now she does not respond to my calls or requests for assistance.

All I ask is the following: I need a statement that shows me the outstanding balance on my accounts I would like to know how long it will take me to settle each account
