Really Worrisome

I have been struggling to get anyone to respond to any communications since Shanice Brown left the business. All my emails as well as messages on WhatsApp have been ignored. This is a continuous situation.

I have been with IDS since 2021 and have not had any arrear payments when going into debt review but now I have lost my car. I was made to understand that I would be protected in debt review.

This is not acceptable
