Poor Customer Service and Lack of Response

Bad customer service. No feedback or any response to emails. I've been trying to get hold of a person I need to speak to, but she is never available & every person answering the phone is making excuses for her not to talk to me. What are they hiding & how can they run a business like that. Where can we report this company & who is the manager or big boss? Do they even know their people are giving the company a bad name. Don’t take calls from them or pay them any money!
