Poor Company - Infinite Debt Solutions

In the beginning they assure you that they are there to help and support you. Over the past 8 months I have had endless problems. I have had threatening phone calls due to payments not made. I have request evidence of payments made to the creditors and don't get a response. When you call you can never get hold of them, and if you do they tell you they will call you back and they never call you back. I have request in emails, whatsapps and phone calls for assistance or verification of financial means - but the response is non-existent. I noticed that someone my payments the amount has increases since being under debt review and I would of been much better off without them. I would not recommend them - find another company
