Out to get your money!!! No after service that can be re**** on.

I am disgusted in this service. I paid for three months, was very quick to list me and now i have a zero credit rating (before it was above 700). However, they have not paid any of my creditors (i only had two). Now they refuse to refund me. I still got contacted from these creditors, being handed over. when I message I get vague answers. and Now i am listed that i am under debt review and i am not and noone from IDS is getting back to me wrt how this can be corrected or when. This is having a huge impact on me applying for anything.
