No Debt Solution

My sister initiated debt counseling and was promised that once all is done "debt paid up" Her records and credit reviews will be update. As per her agreement, she has paid up all and received the a clearance certificate on 05 August 2022. All should be in order. Her Debt Review status should be uplifted and reflecting as 'up-to-date' on her credit profile. However she is still given the run around in-terms of getting these records\debt status being updated. She has been advised that the clearance has to be initiated from her end, however the initiation was from the Debt solution team to begin with. It doesn't make sense why we seek paid assistance from you and still have find an end solution ourselves. Numerous discussions have been held and still the end point solution has not been delivered.

Can we please get a solution to this !!!!!
